We are back to normal.
We are exceptionally sorry for the prolonged downtime. Although we picked out of hours, what was expected to be a few minutes of downtime was much longer. We were let down by our providers and will be following this up further.
I am however pleased to say that our customers who used best practices and proper redundancy strategies inside our system experienced very little downtime.

The upstream problem has been rectified.
We have started bringing our AnyEdge platform back online.
Unfortunately our upgrade was not successful, we are in the process of rolling back

We will be making changes to the way that AnyEdge IP's are broadcast.
We expect minimal interruption and plan to do a phased restart meaning no downtime, however we will consider this period at risk.
