We have completed the restore and everything is fully working.
We have had a failure of one of our replica databases in Germany. We are in the process of restoring this instance now. We are currently running at a lower capacity and have been informed of occasional routing-engine errors. We expect the restoration to be complete within 1 hour and overall expect minimal interruption until then.
