We have confirmed that the problem no longer persists. After review, we have made a plan of action how to permanently prevent this problem in the future and will be implementing this over the coming weeks.
We have identified the problem is related to our rtp clusters primarly London and New York.
We have also disabled call recording until this problem is confirmed fixed.
The servers are undergoing a graceful restart at the moment to clear any persistent issues.
Sorry but we appear to be experiencing problems with some servers sending 500 internal error messages. The team are on it and we hope to be back up and running very soon
