We have completed the downgrade, but still have an open issue with resource utilization when running on newer code.
We have been able to replicate this on a non-active node for further investigation. As this does not put any systems at risk we are happy closing this incident.
We are rolling back to our previous stable version. We have confirmed that we can do a downgrade cycle per server meaning we should have minimal interruption of service.
We are experiencing high load on our AnyEdge platform related to a code change. This matter is being investigated and has been escalated to our consultants who are attempting to identify the cause of the high load.
Based upon historical traffic we are expecting to experience higher global load when USA traffic starts. Should we not be able to remedy the issue prior to this, we will be performing an emergency downgrade.
We will try to plan this so the impact will be as low as possible performing a phased downgrade. However whilst routes update there may be a few minutes where new calls will fail to establish.
We don't expect to see any problems with active calls, billing or otherwise.
