We can confirm that all affected systems are now fully online and operating normally. All traffic is being processed as expected and we are back at 100% capacity.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and inconvenience this incident caused. As mentioned in our earlier updates, all affected customers will be compensated via account credit. We will issue the formal notice with the calculations by Monday.

We will also be furnishing a full incident report detailing the root cause and the steps we are taking to prevent a recurrence, to all customers at the earliest. Please expect a few more updates on this issue via email.

Customers should now see their calls going through. Most of the systems are now online. We're still making progress towards getting everything online.

We will be compensating all of our customers in form of account credit for this outage. We shall run the calculations over the weekend and issue formal notice to all the customers on Monday.

We are trying to get the affected servers back up slowly to ensure the system remains stable.

Due to the scale of this outage, its been escalted to a P0, Platform-wide alert. All of our Engineers have come online and are working to resolve this issue.

We have identified some overloaded components on our network which are not able to bootstrap due shifting high load.

We are moving towards a rolling restart to warm up our cache to enable us to bring everything back online shortly.

We have had a number of reports of a potential outage. We are raising this as part of our initial response to inform you that we are aware of an incident and are currently in the process of investigation.
