We will be upgrading our ticket system on Sunday 10th August 2025.
During this process we expect zero tickets to be lost, existing ticket ID's to remain the same and 100% of open and closed tickets to be migrated.
We will pause the processing of new tickets during this period and new tickets will be picked up on the following Monday.
If you have an urgent matter please raise it via our online chat.
