Dear Customers,
We have been alerted of a drive failure in the RAID array of our Primary Database Server. We have already requested the replacement of the failed drive from our provider.
The Control Panel and the Customer Portal will not be accessible during the replacement process. This precautionary step is being taken to ensure a smoother replacement and to ensure data integrity.
To minimize the impact on your business, we’ve scheduled the replacement for 24th September 2023, starting at 5:45 UTC, we estimate this will take less than an hour to complete. This time slot has the least traffic activity and hence seemed to be most favourable for all.
Please rest assured as this is a scheduled maintenance process and will not affect the flow of calls.
We would also like to remind you that we have a backups and replicas of the Primary Database. ConnexCS will always strive to keep you operational and your data safe with the best availability in the Industry!
