As per the status notice issued by our Data Center provider, the issue of intermittent outages has been completely resolved.
Resultantly, the status of our Network Infrastructure based in the UK, Amsterdam, and San Francisco has been updated to "Stable and Operational".
All traffic passing through these regions will be stable and perform as required.
Here is the status update issued by our provider for reference.
"Resolved.
Our Engineering team has confirmed the full resolution of the issue impacting network connectivity in multiple regions. The impact has been completely subsided and the network connectivity is back to normal for all the impacted services.
Users should now be able to process events normally for Droplets and Droplet-based services like Load Balancers, Kubernetes, or Database clusters, etc.
If you continue to experience problems, please open a ticket with our support team from your Cloud Control Panel.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience."
Team ConnexCS would like to thank you for you co-operation and patience!
Another two Data Centers in our Europe and US based Network in Amsterdam and San Francisco are facing intermittent outages at the moment in addition to our UK based Data Center.
Our Data Center provider is doing their best to mitigate the issue.
All calls routed through the Amsterdam and San Francisco Data Center might be affected.
Please note that this is an external issue. ConnexCS has no control over it. However, we'll do our best to minimize interruptions and keep you updated.
A Data Center in our network based in UK is facing intermittent outages at the moment.
We're looking into the issue and on line with our providers. We shall have this fixed as soon as possible. However, we cannot provide any timeline for this.
All calls routed through the UK region shall be affected.
The status of our UK based infrastructure has been changed to "At Risk" for the time being.
Customers who have a multizone deployment need not worry about the issue. The traffic shall automatically failover to the nearest available zone.
We shall update you as soon as the status of UK infrastructure is restored to "Stable and Available".
