EU and US servers are in full sync (excluding redundant servers which are currently still being updated).

All live servers are serving real-time data and there should not be any ongoing issue related to this incident.

This incident will be closed when redundant servers are all synced removing us from the "at risk" status.

All active EU Servers are now in full sync, redundant servers sync is still in progress along with a few US servers. We expect this to be completed within the next few hours.

Sync is still underway, transfer speeds are a little slower than we would have liked, however we are strategically syncing things as fast as we can and will keep you updated.

We have noticed some inconsistencies between our primary database and our replicas. We will be performing a snapshot and restore which may take several hours.

Calls and CDR data will not be affected, however some changes via the control panel or customer portal may not propagate correctly. We are working to fix this and will update you with progress.
