CDR Database Migration
We are pleased to report that our migration was successful, everything is back and fully functional. If you have any concerns about any problems please report them to us.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing some a migration of our CDR server to a more powerful primary server.
We are sorry for the late notification of this maintenance window.
During this period of time
- Calls will continue to connect the same as usual.
- Control Panel and Customer Portal may experience minor interruptions.
- CDR's will be unavailable
- Customers balances wont get updated.
If you have concerns of customers overspending we recommend that you disable their accounts until the after the maintenance window.
