We have confirmed the stability of our CDR database since the issue started, we will now be closing the incident, please contact us should you experience any further problems.
The issue has been fixed, we will continue to monitor the situation.

We are sorry to inform you that the problem is more severe than we would have liked. We are in the process of setting up remote KVM to fix the server, however at present we don't have any time to resolution.
