All services are restored, we have made our primary servers active again.
Customer portals in EU, Asia and Oceania are being rerouted to our US infrastructure so are back online.
Additionally, we have been informed by the data center that the problem has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We have brought our standby server online. However, we do not expect 100% functionality as some important servers still remain offline. We will keep you updated.
We have had reports that our control panel has gone offline. Further investigation confirms that there is a problem with one of our UK datacenters. The relevant team is aware of this problem and is working to restore services ASAP.
