UK RTP Cluster Incident
At 09:24 UTC we started experienced an issue with our RTP Servers in the UK Zone of gradual service degradation.
Ongoing calls would have been disconnected and new calls would have failed over to a secondary zone.
We are currently investigating what caused our entire array of servers to go offline in succession.
The issue was fully resolved at 09:36 UTC
