We have just been informed that a major provider of our OVH is experiencing a major outage. So much so that even their status page is offline:
We have ran some test calls and are pleased to confirm that some calls are able to continue progress and although we are multi-provider the impact of this specific provider in multiple data-centers spanning multiple continents has severely impacted performance along with our control panels.
We will update you as soon as we get updates ourselves, meanwhile we will be working on optimizing our routing away from problematic zones.
