We are sorry to inform you that we have had an outage between 16:15 - 16:30.

Our Elastic RTP Nodes failed to come online when expected, this manifested itself in too much traffic on our standard zones which caused call completion failures.

We took action and manually deployed some Elastic RTP Nodes and flushed an update, however due to the amount of systems already overloaded combined with a separate server hardware failure pushing the update caused many customers servers to become stuck in an incomplete state, we were able to restore systems by rerouting traffic to available zones.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will be reviewing our redundancy on the affected systems.
