We are pleased to report that there were no loading issues and that our upgrades were successful.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
This morning we launched 4 new routing engines with a new dedicated database. We have increased our capacity 30%. We expect this to mitigate the overloaded situation we experienced yesterday.
We will be reviewing the existing routing-engine zones to establish a plan moving forward. Meanwhile this ticket will be left open until we experience our peak period again and confirm that we have stability.
Having investigated the issue it appears that we have localized loading which has consequentially caused a domino failure.
We understand that there have been a number of smaller outages recently which we greatly apologize for.
We will be significantly increasing our infrastructure around the failure point by introducing a new completely independent site. We will be following on from this deployment by further increasing the capacity in our existing sites.
This work will begin immediately to ensure that we are ready for the peak traffic tomorrow. This ticket will remain open for further updates.
The issue has been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We are experiencing degraded service on our SIP Servers, we are currently investigating.
