Over the last few days we have not seen any recurrence of the CDR Backlog issue.

We have but some emergency measures in place to better handle these scenarios in the future.

I am very sorry to report that we have a recurrence of our CDR Delays.

We have been working to resolve this, however with the additional traffic we are taking on, the short term problem of throwing hardware at the problem is no longer scaling for us.

We are in the middle of refactoring our systems to better handle this load, but our customers growth is temporarily outpacing us.

Please rest assured that we are working our upmost to resolve these problems and bring CDR's back to real-time.

No CDR's will be lost during this period.

Note: if you have pre-paid customers, you may wish to adjust their limits accordingly.
