Customers balances have been recalculated and most of our customers have confirmed that the balances are now correct.

We will leave this incident open for a bit longer until we have a larger consensus. If you believe that any balances are incorrect we advise you to check the payments & spend to confirm for yourself first. If you believe that it is still incorrect, please contact us.

We have identified the source of the incorrect balances and tracked it down to a bug in the database collation script.

We are running a recalc for the last 8 days to ensure that all records since this incident has been noticed are corrected.

We expect this to finish within the next hour.
