We are sorry to inform you that we are missing call log data from 8:30pm Thursday 11th UTC to 8:30am Friday 12th UTC.

However we can assure you that although indexable search information is missing, all CDR data is retained, billed correctly and no calls were affected.

The issue is now fixed and data is appearing in the logs.

We are experiencing issues with the logging data, we are working on fixing this, this has not affected any CDR data. No live calls will be affected.
