CDR Backlog
All the CDR records have caught up and customers balances have now been corrected.
Current ETA is less than 1 hour, sorry that our estimates keep changing, daily traffic is slowing down our catch up speed. We are aiming for 11:30am UTC to be finished.
We are still processing our CDR queue, a new estimate is that we will have this cleared by 10:15am UTC.
We have been informed that some account balances are reporting incorrectly. This will be corrected once we have cleared our CDR queue.
We are expecting to clear this backlog by 9:00am UTC.
