During our earlier scheduled maintenance we attempted to perform a hot snapshot of our CDR database, but were unsuccessful.
We will be having an hour of planned downtime while we take the database offline to create a consistent snapshot.
CDR's will be unavailable for this period, however no calls will be affected.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
