The patch has been applied to all the servers. Everything is fully functioning, if you have any further problems please let us know.

We have identified the bug with the latest update and have applied a patch.

This is now being rolled out on the platform now. We expect this to be completed within the next 30 minutes.

On the latest automated server upgrades we have noticed a bug causing some customers with NAT environments to experience 1-way audio.

At present this appears to be affecting less than 1% of endpoints that we are connecting with and does not affect all NAT environments.

We would also like to reassure you that this latest upgrade did complete our testing and has been running in production on manually upgraded servers for over 2 weeks.

If you are experiencing this issue please contact us immediately and we can downgrade your server to the last good known configuration.
