During the entire incident there was no data loss and all balances should now be correct.

We are sorry to report that: over the weekend we have experienced a number of CDR rating errors, this would have caused some calls not to be billed correctly in your customers account.

No data is missing, just incomplete billing.

Will shortly be performing another billing run for the affected calls. You may notice a drop in customers balances because of the re-rating.

The updated balance is correct.

Please don't attempt to perform any other recalculations in the meanwhile.
