CDR Database Upgrade Delays

All CDR queues have caught up. Breakout reports recalculated. Schema changes completed. Daily summaries calculated. All consistency checks passed.

We're all good to go.

Please do let us know if you notice anything out of the ordinary.

A patch has been applied to ensure that all pending CDR's are written, we have a few schema changes to apply to maximize compatibility, then we will be updating our core CDR engine to include the patch code.

Most of the CDR records have caught up, we will be running some schema changes over night which will slow down writing to the database again, so further delays may be possible. We will try to balance this to make sure that the pending records are low.

We will keep this incident open until everything is 100% updated.

We are sorry but our upgrade is taking longer than expected, our newly deployed database is stricter than our old one, we have a few scripts we need to tweak to ensure compatibility, we are working on these now, however it will take a little bit longer.

We can reassure you there will be no data loss for this period and everything will be recalculated correctly.

We are continuing our planned maintenance. Everything is going great still, we will have CDRs streaming to the database again soon.
