We will be launching a new customer portal for your customers.

We have completed internal tests which all have passed and we don't expect any problems and will have no downtime during the changeover period. Although the change over will be close to instant, we will allocate 5 hours launch window where we would encourage you to to test the new customer portal and advise your customers as you see fit.

We will be on hand to priority fix any reported problems during this period.

If we have any severe problems we will revert to the previous control panel.
