All systems have been restored to normal. We will shortly be creating a maintenance window for some updates to improve stability and circumvent outages like this from happening again.

We are pleased to inform you that almost all services are back to normal, we are continuing to check that all services are restored and waiting for queues to be processed, we shall close this incident once we are sure we confirm everything is back.

We have restored some functionality to allow calls to flow, unfortunately our control panels are deployed on affected hardware, so you are not able to login to that yet.

We also have an ETA of 30 minutes from our provider. If they achieve their target ETA we will be online within 5-10 minutes after. So we hope to be back online by 10:00 UTC.
