We are sorry to inform you that we have seen a re-occurrence of the issue we experienced last night, causing a CDR database slow down.
The current delay is around the writing of CDR's to our database and increased wait time for CDR related queries.
All other systems including logging information & credit depletion are functioning at normal speed.
We will be completing our archive operation to lighten our dataset, then be looking into redeployment of the database.
We may have a short period of database inaccessibility later this evening while we perform migration, etc.
Regards The ConnexCS Team.

CDR Database Inaccessible: RESOLVED
Patience has paid off. Our CDR Database server has performed a graceful restart and is operating perfectally again.
CDR Database Inaccessible
We are currently experiencing a CDR Database Outage.
The problem appears to caused by a scheduled archival task which has caused database over utilisation. We have stopped the archive process and tried to perform a restart on the database server. However it is not responsive, in order avoid corrupting tables we are opting not to perform a forced restart as the process is still performing a large number of disk io operations.
There will be no loss of data during this time and credit depletion will continue same as normal.
Our plan is to take the patient approach and let the database do its thing, but this will continue to be monitored and we will update you as this incident progresses.
